- **Screenshot Images**: Photos you upload from your device's photo library containing conversation screenshots
- **Extracted Text**: Text content extracted from your screenshots using optical character recognition (OCR)
- **Contact Names**: Names visible in conversation screenshots (e.g., the person you're chatting with)
### 1.3 AI Analysis Data
Based on your uploaded conversations, our AI generates and stores:
- Vibe analysis (emotional tone of conversations)
- Investment scores (engagement levels)
- Communication style assessments
- Quick insights and observations
- Mesh/compatibility scores
### 1.4 User Style Profile
To personalize reply suggestions, we learn and store:
- Your typical message length patterns
- Punctuation and capitalization habits
- Emoji usage preferences
- Common phrases and vocabulary
- Sample messages from your conversations
### 1.5 Coaching Conversations
When you use the AI coaching feature, we store:
- Your questions and messages to the coach
- AI-generated coaching responses
- Conversation summaries
### 1.6 Generated Content
We store AI-generated content including:
- Suggested reply texts
- Reply rationales and explanations
- Modification history of replies
### 1.7 Purchase Information
We collect information about your subscription status to determine your access level (free vs. premium features). Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple—we do not collect or store payment card information.

We use OpenAI's services (GPT-4 and related models) to power our AI features. When you use the App:
- Your conversation text and screenshots are sent to OpenAI for analysis

- Your coaching questions are processed by OpenAI

- **Conversation analyses**: Retained until you delete them or your account
- **Uploaded images**: Stored with access URLs valid for up to 1 year
- **Coaching conversations**: Retained until you delete them or your account
- **Style profiles**: Retained until you delete your account

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring you can only access your own data

You can view your conversation analyses, coaching history, and style profile within the App.
### 5.2 Delete Your Data
You can delete:
- Individual conversation analyses from the Conversations tab
- Individual coaching conversations
- Your entire account and all associated data through Profile > Delete Account
### 5.3 Data Portability
If you would like to export your data, please contact us at the email address below.
### 5.4 Opt-Out
You can stop using the App at any time. To prevent further data collection, delete your account.

Converso is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 17, we will take steps to delete that information.
